Refund policy

At ICEDCHICS Jewellery, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges when:

The item arrives damaged or defective.
You receive the wrong item, size, or color.
You simply change your mind and would like to return the item within 14 days.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

Items returned after 14 days
Worn, used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer
Customized or personalized jewelry
Gift cards
Final sale or promotional items

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please contact us at andy.tu@icedchics.com with:

Your order number
Product name
Reason for the return
Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to an error or defective item on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
